Home Swap Wanted

2 bed house or very nice flat

I have a 2 bedroom semi detached House, 2 double bedroom of really good size. Smallish bathroom but it has all you need. Lounge is also a good size, large enough to have a table and chairs at one end, as I do, the Kitchen is on the small side but again has all you need and has made good use of cupboard space also outside is a brick built out house that I use as a wash room as it has my washing machine plumbed in and a freezer, small hall enough to hang your coats up, the front garden has space to park 3 cars more if you wanted, the back garden has a large patio area, a larger lawn/garden area that has all year plants/shrubs and fruit trees and another bit at the bottom that I use as veg/soft fruit patch, also in the garden is a very large summerhouse, a large green house and a tool shed that I will be selling but would give the swapper first offer. The garden is private and not really over looked, with good friendly people for neighbours, in Maidstone Kent
