Looking for a 3 bedroom property in the west of fareham, titchfield, warsash, locksheath areas prefer a house but may accept a groundfloor flat/maisonette if it has a garden & is in right areaneed ground floor due to medical problem

2 double bed house flat in portchester between fareham & cosham. Views of the harbour from the lounge, large rooms, sizes approx: lounge 17 x 14, kitchen 13 x 12, bedroom 1 12 x 9, bedroom 2 17 x 13. both bedrooms with built in wardrobes. attic space & large private garden with brick shed. entrance portch houses my tumble dryer & chest freezer quite comfortably & the landing space is large.
Close to schools, drs, shops, transport links, rail & bus, parks, shore & castle all close by. Mostly good neighbours, a mixture of private & council, the reason I say mostly good neighbours is theres quite a few I haven't met in the 5 yrs of living here! the diect neighbours are great, we have a couple below us wth a small dog & they put up with up to 6 kids living above her at times & the youngest being autistic, it gets noisy sometimes & she hardly ever complains. next to us attatched to our property is a elderly deaf lady I have never seen leave the flat & a lady with grown up kids & a couple of grandkids that visit. the otherside of the alley we have an elderly lady who is a treasure & has my spare key & is always on hand if u need her, same with the young couple who live above her. We are really lucky & its a shame its just too small & I'm finding the 13 stairs in & out of the flat hard work due to a knee problem & being school holidays, half of portchester have been taking it in turns to knock the door it seems for the kids lol
We're looking for a 3 bedroom property. We would prefer a house but may accept a groundfloor flat or maisonette if it has its own garden & is in the right place. We're hoping to move to Titchfield, Warsash, Locksheath, Parkgate, Sarisbury Green areas to be nearer step kids but we will consider other areas.

Now considering other areas as need a 3 bedroom place asap, must have an enclosed private garden for own use as I have a large rottwieler & must be groundfloor if its a flat/maisonette as my knee won't let me do many stairs without a trip to QA to be put back in place!
Will consider any area surrounding Fareham & Portsmouth now as had no luck so far & we've been searching a long time!
