I am looking for a 2 bedroomed property in South Devon preferably in or near Brixham /paignton Dawlish.Bungalow or flat with garden but would consider other properties in that part of UK.

I have a brand new flat for over 55`s.The building is only 3 storeys high and it is in a well sought after part of Coventry .Close to many lovely local shops 5 mins from city centre and close to local bus routes.It has entrance hall,open plan lounge /kitchen.2 bedrooms one with ensuite shower ,also bathroom with shower.The flat is situated on 3rd floor but does have a lift to all floors.
