We will condiser any property in the Gilesgate area of Durham.

Our flat is ground floor and suitable for a disabled person. It is also wheelchair friendly with wide doors and no steps. We have lounge french windows onto a leafy courtyard. It is neutrally decorated, and has double glazing. Applicants do not need to be disabled, but do need to be over 50 years of age (or at least one of a couple in this age group). Rent includes use of a laundry room with washers and tumble drier, communal gardners and window cleaners.
